With my degree in Interior Design I have the expertise to help you with any aspect of creating a wonderful interior, making your house a home and a reflection of you. I am experienced in working with contractors and have personally custom built two homes and seriouly remodeled another. I understand what the homeowner goes through to complete a project and how overwhelming it can be at times with all of the decisions that need to be made. In today's market, one can't afford to not stage! When the goal is to sell your listing at the highest price in the least amount of time, the small investment in Home Staging will accelerate the process. Remember, staging is always less than the first price reduction!

A Home Stager is a neutral third party: If the seller is not receptive to your suggestions a Home Stager is the person to turn to. A Stager is a trained professional who offers creditability in the eyes of the seller. We can address sensitive subjects such as decorating taste, odors and general housekeeping - and do so with understanding and tact. You can keep your good relationship with the client while being able to concentrate your time and efforts on marketing the house.
Be savvy - have a professional staging consultation done on every listing: A consultation provides the seller with detailed instructions of everything that needs to be addressed, a copy is also given to the agent. By doing this you show the client that you are using every possible tool available to get the property sold!
