Staging Consultation –

An in-home consultation is a detailed written evaluation of your home, inside and out. Recommendations are left with the home owner to implement. Consultations are very cost effective and start around $200.

Vacant Staging-

I have an extensive inventory of light furniture items along with faux plants, area rugs, lamps, pillows, bedding and other accessory items that are available for rent. I also have access to a large warehouse of the latest furniture, art and accessories with a variety of styles to fit any home.

Home Design -

I can help you with a redesign which is done using the furniture and accessories you already have.  I can move everything in the room, and will "shop" other areas of your home and use things you already have in a different way. I can also help you with color consultation or the purhase of new furniture and decor items. If you are building or remodeling I will work with you and your contractor in creating the looking your wanting.
$75 per hour.

E-design consultation -  

You may e-mail me with redesign questions. I will bill you through PayPal, if you prefer a different method of payment, let me know.   Once I receive your payment and room details (measurements, pictures, etc.) I then may ask you questions about the room needs and requirements to come up with a concept. Within about a week I will email you with my redesign suggestions. Things like furniture placement, paint color, accessorizing etc. and tips on how to pull it all together.
